Ingredients:

60ml Lyre’s Italian Spritz

90ml Premium Bottled Mediterranean Tonic Water

Method:

*Add all ingredients to the glass

*Fill with ice

*Stir

Glass:

Highball, large or stemless wine

Garnish:

Orange Slice

Lyre’s Spritz De Passione

Ingredients:

60ml Lyre’s Italian Spritz

90ml Lyre’s Classico

7.5ml Premium Mango Syrup

2 Lemon Slices

4 Raspberries

4 Blueberries

½ Passionfruit Pulp

Method:

*Add all ingredients to the glass

*Fill with ice

*Stir

Glass:

Large or stemless wine glass

Garnish:

Plump Mint Sprig

Lyre’s Garibaldi Rosa

Ingredients:

2 Parts (60ml / 2fl oz) Lyre’s Italian Spritz

3 Parts (90ml / 3fl oz) Fresh Pressed Orange Juice

1 Tsp Sugar Syrup (optional)

Method:

*Freshly squeeze and fine strain orange juice

*Blend briefly without ice to make ‘fluffy’

*Pour both ingredients into glass

*Fill with fresh cubed ice
