Meliã Desert Palm is encouraging residents to take a break from the kitchen this festive season and instead, relish one of their delicious turkeys with your loved ones, in the comfort of your own home.
Foodies can order a traditional 6 kg turkey complete with all the trimmings including potatoes, carrots, Brussel sprouts, homemade gravy, cranberry sauce and tasty stuffing. The hotel’s brassiere, Epicure, will be dishing out turkeys between 15th to 27th December and orders must be placed 48 hours in advance.
Price: AED 550 per Turkey (ideal for 8-10 people). An extra AED 100 will be charged for delivery to surrounding areas including Mirdif, Al Warqa and Dubai Silicon Oasis.

JA The Resort
Take the stress out of your festive preparations and order a professionally prepared roast turkey with chestnut and apple stuffing, roasted root vegetables, herb roasted potatoes, chicken chipolata and all the trimmings from JA The Resort from the 28th November to the 26th December. Available from just AED 500, all that’s required is a 72-hour booking order and the perfect festive menu will be available for pick-up at ‘Delicacy’ Cafe, ideally located in Fairmont The Palm’s Lobby.
Due to popular demand, pre ordering with advance bookings are recommended and the takeaways are available to pick up between 11:00am and 9:00pm. Expect all the trimmings too like roasted veg, buttered sprouts, cranberry sauce and roast potatoes.

McGettigan’s JLT
McGettigan’s JLT are going the whole hog this Christmas with their roast turkey and honey glazed ham takeaway. The 7.5 kg roast turkey serves 8-10 people and is accompanied by Chipolata sausages wrapped in bacon, roast potatoes, parsnips, carrots, Brussels sprouts, herb stuffing (chestnut, apricot, sage, onions, Irish butter to be exact!), roast gravy and cranberry sauce.

Christmas Day is just around the corner, and given Dubai’s exciting fast-paced lifestyle, not everyone has the chance to put together their dream feast. Carnistore tend to their turkeys with a lot of TLC by brining them for 2 days in a special herbal mix, injecting them with a flavorful herb butter made in-house to ensure the meat is gorgeously juicy and finally, stuffing them with a special mix of aromatic fruits and vegetables, giving the Turkey a beautiful deep flavor.
