Light-Up Your Nights at Dragon Mart’s Outdoor Ramadan Night Market
No sooner will you open your mouth to ask where to find artificial flowers, a new door handle, a dolls house, or a set of blinds in Dubai – will you hear the words ‘Dragon Mart’. The long-stretched mall of mini-warehouse units will have you getting lost in the alleys for hours, forgetting what you ventured in there for in the first place and have you coming out with bags of god-knows-what – whether your love or hate the famous Chinese trading hub in Dubai, you cannot deny that Dragon Mart has something for everyone. But did you know, they’ve also got a festive night market?
During the rest of the holy month of Ramadan, Dragon Mart will light up with festive lantern decorations, arches and walkways filled with fairy lights. Visitors can catch this spectacular display, as well as experience the hubs’ outdoor Ramadan night market, from now until the 14th of May, between 7 pm and 2 am at Dragon Mart 1.
Supplying Dubai with a one-stop shopping experience for grabbing last-minute Ramadan inspired products, shoppers will find Arabic sweets and confectionary, Eid gifts, home décor, perfumes, lanterns and more. The unique outdoor Ramadan night market is the perfect destination for families to visit after Iftar. Visitors can park at Dragon Mart 1 parking and capture the Instagrammable decorations and lights, as well as enjoy a spot of evening shopping.
Rashid Al Harmoodi, General Manager at Dragon Mart says:
We are pleased to take part in honouring the holy month of Ramadan by opening Dragon Mart’s outdoor Ramadan night market. We wanted to curate a destination where visitors can embrace the holy month by spending quality time with their families, as well as shop for unique seasonal Ramadan products. We look forward to welcoming visitors to this new night market and are confident that they will find it enjoyable.
So get your list out and start thinking of anything and everything under this Dubai desert sun that you need, because the chances are you’ll find it there. Team Home Club ME look forward to popping down to check out the market soon to pick up some decorative items in celebration of an Eid at home. We’re hoping to find some traditional geometric Khaimah (tent) bunting, a lantern or three, Delicious Atayef and maybe even an outdoor pouffe for lazing on enjoying sweet tea under the new moon.
