Having worked in the media industry for over 15 years, Rhiannon has directed and developed various magazines and online media portals from which she regularly planned and organized corresponding events. As Founder of the award winning wedding inspiration website and concierge www.brideclubme.com coupled with being a natural nester, Rhiannon turns anywhere she lives into a ‘home’, making Home Club ME the perfect venture to marry her talents, expertise and passion. Rhiannon is also a Professional Speaker and the Founder of ‘Bride Club ME’ business @bcmebiz, a marketing consultancy focused on helping wedding related businesses take their companies to the next level.

Peta Ireland Al Akawi

Prior to moving to Dubai, British expat Peta lived in London for six years where she enjoyed roles in both Personal Shopping and Events. Based in Dubai for the past nine years, she runs her own PR and Marketing consultancy firm and also hosts a podcast called Friday’s Child.

Having just bought her first home in Dubai with her new husband and two gorgeous cats, Peta understands the challenges involved in buying, decorating and setting up a new home in Dubai. Peta embraces patterns, textures and bold interiors and we hope to give you a sneak peak of her home soon. Peta has a natural passion for writing and interviewing people and hopes to share with Home Club ME readers, unique and helpful insights into home life and all it entails.

Maja Davies

Originally from Sweden, Maja has spent most of her life abroad living in Hong Kong, the UK and Dubai. Through setting up each home, she fell in love with interior design and cross-cultural décor, whilst keeping a close eye on trends and products from all corners of the world.

Maja has worked in aviation for 7 years, applying her passion for all things ‘aerospace’ in engineering and aviation projects. She even manages to apply her engineering and project management expertise in her free time to create technical floor plans, installation budgets and redesign timelines.

Maja has a Professional Interior Design qualification from the British College of Interior Design and she joins Home Club ME as a contributing writer, documenting her passion for interior design for all of our Home Clubbers.

Maha Ibrahim

DESIGN QUEEN & ADMIN ASSISTANT

Born and bred in Canada with Egyptian roots, Maha has always had a flare for the arts. Maha’s educational experience ranges from a Baccalaureate in Film Animation from Concordia University in Montreal Canada and a non-credit certificate in Web Design, to a Diploma in Graphic Application in Desktop Publishing.

An eternal student, her goal is to improve on her artistic knowledge whilst becoming a part of an environment that fosters creativity. As well as designing HCME’s graphic content, Maha also assists HCME with our in-house events and acts as our website admin go-to. Maha has been with Club Media FZE since its launch in 2012, working on our sister website www.brideclubme.com and is an integral part of our online family.

Adam Hurst

COO, HEAD OF IT & FINANCE

Adam is Club Media FZE’s COO & Head of IT. Adam keeps Club Media FZE organised by managing the finances & all things IT. If you find a bug on any of our websites, or work with Home Club ME to promote your business, you’ll be in touch with Adam at some point!

In addition to handling all of Home Club ME’s IT and operational needs, Adam is Rhiannon’s backbone, support and the love her life. Yup, you guessed it, he’s Rhiannon’s husband.

When he isn’t glued to his computer screen, Adam loves taking drives in his Jeep (or as he likes to call it, his “Heap”) and enjoys travel, drifting and the odd shisha.
